Meet Our Staff
S. Scott Kramarich, M.D.
Scott graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He continued his medical studies at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his residency training at Barnes Hospital in Missouri. Dr. Kramarich then served for 5 years as co-director of the Anesthesia Pain Clinic at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. He later completed a fellowship in interventional pain medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Dr. Kramarich is board-certified in anesthesia and pain medicine. Dr. Kramarich holds staff privileges at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Jacksonville and Frazier Memorial Hospital in Macclenny, Florida.
Craig A. Kornick, M.D.
Craig graduated from Northwestern University. He continued his medical studies at The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine followed by residency training at MacNeal Hospital in Illinois. Dr. Kornick completed a two-year clinical and research fellowship in Pain Management and Palliative Care at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York followed by a fellowship in interventional pain medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Dr. Kornick is board-certified in pain medicine, and has been certified as a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice by the World Institute of Pain. He holds staff privileges at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Jacksonville and Frazier Memorial Hospital in Macclenny, Florida.
Donald D. “Chip” Chipman Jr., M.D.
Chip graduated from the University of Alabama. After graduate study in developmental biology he attended medical school at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Following an internship in internal medicine at the University of Kentucky, Dr. Chipman went on to complete an anesthesiology residency at Shands Hospital, University of Florida in Gainesville. He then received fellowship training in interventional pain medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Since training Dr. Chipman has been in private practice in pain management. Dr. Chipman is board certified in anesthesiology with subspecialty certification in pain management. He holds staff privileges at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Jacksonville and Frazier Memorial Hospital in Macclenny, Florida.
